Phoenix arose first in 2004 with the Kathmandu incorporation of Phoenix Studios Nepal Pvt. Ltd. The primary business back then was studio recordings, and we mostly catered to local musicians who needed a place to record professionally (and to just hang out and jam).
However, with the likes of Jerry Julian and other professional artists that made Phoenix their recording home away from home, it became clear that we were destined for something much more broad; as we began to produce music, videos, multimedia and public events for the large development community found in the KTM valley. Within a short time, and with our skills in producing innovative media, we were soon catering to the business community as well – from radio jingles to full-blown television programming.
In 2010, we shifted our focus to Project Management (and related services) as a core business, and that change was greeted well within the local & international community.
Then in 2015, we began another major shift – from a talent studio to a consulting agency – so Phoenix arises again! This time in the form of Phoenix Consulting and Training Worldwide. We now offer a whole suite of services catering to local & international aid organizations, as well as local & international businesses. In addition, we now provide customizable in-house and public trainings in Nepal, Thailand, South Africa and the UK.
